Great lessons, great stories

A lesson on doing your best that I learned the hard way.

Have you ever wondered why your team always lost in soccer? or that you always wondered why you’re always last place in your swimming competitions? I get it. I got that all the time. In almost all the extra- curricular things i did. I started to wonder why in the world am i still not succeeding? Turns out my mom’s observations pointed it out. I NEVER DID MY BEST. I never focused on getting better, all I just did was TALK. Blah blah this, blah blah that. It was getting so obvious,

So, I want to share these ways you could do your best to you, so that YOU won’t learn the hard way.

  • Focus on your coach or teacher. This is very important. It’s always best to listen first, so you know the basics of the move you’re going to execute. Then most of the time in sport, your coach will correct your movement while or after you are doing the move, so you know how to polish it. So first you learn it, then you polish it.
  • Have discipline. The first tip will only work if you feel like you have to improve in the first place. in fact, If I asked you to say your name three times, I bet you would only do it if you feel you have to.

Thank you for letting me share this to you,
